Silver Jerusalem

Aura is advancing a new urban renewal project in the Talpiot neighborhood of Jerusalem. The neighborhood will see the construction of 546 residential units, 2,000 square meters of employment and commercial space, as well as public buildings. This will be carried out by demolishing 136 existing housing units situated in two old railway buildings on the site. The project is located on Derech Beit Lehem and HaKatzin Silver Street.

The neighborhood of Neve Talpiot is currently undergoing a construction boom. In December 2022, the local committee in the city approved an urban renewal plan for a 16-dunam area, allowing for the construction of 1,235 housing units to replace the existing 276 units. The plan involves demolishing the existing buildings and erecting six residential towers, five of which will be 42 stories high, and an additional tower with 10 stories. The plan also includes the construction of 4,200 square meters of employment and commercial space on the ground floors of the buildings.
