Aura is Israel’s largest and leading urban renewal (redevelopment) company, with over 110 projects nationwide of approx. 50,000 apartments, 13 projects of which with approx. 5,000 apartments are under construction and marketing in 2024. The Company’s core activity is urban renewal (redevelopment). Aura is the only urban renewal company in Israel that has occupied over 5,000 apartments to date. The Company’s two flagship projects are Ono Valley in Kiryat Ono and High Gardens in Yehud, which together boast over 1,500 apartments, and have set a new standard for redevelopment in Israel.
