Aura HaHistadrut Complex 9 Givatayim

Aura Israel is initiating another project in Givatayim, which is advancing rapidly with the published outline plan for HaHistadrut Street. In this project, three towers will be built, each standing at 35 stories, comprising a total of 557 apartments. Following the demolition of the previous buildings, part of the area will be allocated to the local municipality for the development of modern urban infrastructure to serve the residents of the new complex. The surrounding area will include educational institutions, parks, commercial complexes, and recreational areas for the benefit of the city’s residents.
