This is one of Aura’s largest projects in urban renewal, covering an estimated 31 dunams. The project constitutes urban revitalization for an entire area, featuring the construction of a green park, public buildings, playgrounds, and community fitness facilities. All of these amenities will be located in the heart of Nes Ziona, close to shopping centers and key cultural and educational institutions in the city.
