Aura’s project in Kiryat Bialik is considered one of the largest in Israel and will include approximately 1728 new housing units, to be built in several buildings. The project is situated on Ha’atzmaut Street, in close proximity to Kiryon and adjacent to the light rail corridor that will connect Haifa and the Krayot and Nazareth.
In the project’s planning, significant consideration is given to creating an advanced urban environment, incorporating commercial spaces, open areas, public structures, and educational institutions, all to be constructed as part of the project.
