Aura New Ramat Chen

Aura is involved in an extensive redevelopment project in an entire complex in Ramat Gan.

The central location enjoys a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, immediate access to the national park, and convenient connections to the transportation arteries linking the city to Tel Aviv and Highway 4. This area is home to some of the excellent educational institutions in Ramat Gan.

Within the project, three luxury towers will be built, each 30 stories high, featuring modern commercial facilities at their base, underground parking lots, and green public spaces. All these elements will refresh the urban space and provide residents with a contemporary, pleasant, and upscale living experience in the heart of the Tel Aviv metropolis.

The advanced architecture of the Aura Ramat Chen complex is entrusted to the Yashar Architects team, led by the architect Avner Yashar. The international architectural firm was founded in 1956 by architect Yitzhak Yashar and is ranked among the top five firms according to the Dun and Bradstreet index.

Yashar Architects has received prestigious awards and, since the mid-1980s, has specialized in designing residential towers and prominent buildings. Some of their notable projects include the business complex “Herzliya Hills,” the luxury residential complex “Rothschild 1,” “Tower W” in the heart of Tel Aviv, and the Ramat Aviv Tower. The firm has also been involved in planning modernist business complexes and public buildings, such as the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Anu – Museum of the Jewish People, and the Mexico Building at Tel Aviv University.
