Aura Serlin Holon

In September 2021, a residential building on Serlin Street in Holon collapsed, merely a day and a half after residents were evacuated due to noise and suspicious cracks. About three months after the building’s collapse, the company “Aura Renewing Israel,” a leading urban renewal company in Israel, was chosen to rebuild the structure, this time as a beautifully designed, safer building. Everyone rallied to ensure the well-being of the existing residents. This aligns perfectly with Aura’s vision – to provide an opportunity for a new, high-quality, and safer life.

Aura took on the task of constructing a new and modern 14-story residential building with 89 apartments of various sizes, ranging from 2 to 5 rooms, mini-penthouses, and penthouses, all with luxurious specifications. The new apartment complex is suitable for young individuals, couples, and small families. The building itself features a spacious residents’ club and a children’s playground.

The surrounding area will be developed and upgraded beyond recognition, and the building will rise above the entire neighborhood, offering views of green fields. The neighborhood of Agrobank is situated between the streets of Mikve Israel, Yosef Serlin, Sokolov, and Kugel Boulevard, and is one of the first neighborhoods in the city of Holon.

Aura Serlin Holon is located in the eastern part of the sought-after neighborhood, overlooking the Youth Village Mikveh Israel with expansive open and green spaces. The neighborhood is characterized by wide and quiet streets, low-rise buildings, excellent accessibility to a variety of educational institutions, businesses, and central, urban, and interurban transportation routes. The excellent location provides quick and easy access to the Ayalon highway at the Wolfson and Dov Hoz interchanges, as well as to Route 44 in the east.

The eastern section of the light rail’s Green Line will pass along the street, with the “Serlin” station only 35 meters from the building. The Green Line will conveniently connect Holon to neighboring cities and other points of interest throughout the Gush Dan area. Along the Green Line, dedicated routes for cyclists and shaded, safe pedestrian paths will be developed.
