Another urban renewal project in the city of Holon is now underway. The project is taking place in the HaMa’apilim complex and involves demolishing two old buildings containing 64 housing units. In their place, approximately 210 residential units and public commercial spaces will be constructed in a residential tower ranging from 15 to 26 stories.

In the past year, Aura’s CEO Yaakov Atrakchi emphasized that the focus on urban renewal projects has resulted in a substantial portfolio of projects which are currently in various stages, including planning, execution, marketing, and occupancy, particularly in sought-after areas in the city of Holon.

Aura is also constructing a building on Sderot Serlin in Holon, this time as a beautifully designed and more secure structure. Everyone is fully committed to ensuring the well-being of existing residents. This aligns perfectly with Aura’s vision – to provide an opportunity for a new, higher quality, and safer life.

The Green Line will connect Holon in a convenient, green, and sustainable manner to neighboring cities and other points of interest throughout the Gush Dan area. Along the route of the Green Line, dedicated paths for cyclists and shaded, safe walkways for pedestrians will be developed.
