Netanya Ben Tzvi

Aura will construct the new neighborhood in Ben Zvi, Netanya – 11 towers ranging from 10 to 40 stories, encompassing 11,000 square meters of commerce, employment, schools, kindergartens, and a park. This marks the largest urban renewal project in Netanya, covering an area of 30 dunam. Replacing the 392 existing housing units, 1,158 new apartments will be built along Ben Zvi, Shmorek, Simcha Erlich, and Greenboim streets. This Netanya project is the largest, most comprehensive, and diverse in Aura’s portfolio, and is the most extensive urban renewal project in Israel today.
