Kiryat Eliezer Haifa

This urban renewal project is situated in the Kiryat Eliezer neighborhood in Haifa, spanning HaZayit and Amal Streets and encompassing an area of approximately 8.4 dunam. Within the scope of this project, four aging buildings with 144 apartments are set to be demolished. In their stead, the company envisions the construction of approximately 620 new apartments in several towers of up to 22 floors each. The project plan also includes perimeter-blocks, commercial zones, public buildings, and green spaces.

Aura has another project in Kiryat Eliezer, having won a tender in December for the construction of 413 apartments on Tzahal and HaPartizanim Streets. In November, the company was also selected to build 350 apartments in another renewal project in the neighborhood.
