Aura Pivko Bat Yam

The luxury tower Aura Pivko will be built at the intersection of Balfour and Ha’atzmaut Streets, in a central location with a breathtaking view of the sea. A once-in-a-lifetime tower designed by one of Israel’s and the world’s esteemed architects, Ilan Pivko. The unique apartments in the tower are spacious and elegantly designed in a New York style, featuring large balconies overlooking the beautiful sea and a green boulevard.

The 32-story tower offers a diverse range of apartment types, including 120 apartments with 2-6 rooms, mini-penthouses, and penthouses. The architecture of the building is inspired by the site’s curvature along the boulevard, creating a sense of movement reminiscent of a majestic flag or an impressive ship’s sail, and transforming the cityscape into a unique urban avenue reminiscent of those seen in New York.

Ha’atzmaut Street is currently undergoing a comprehensive redevelopment process, including the installation of playgrounds, fitness facilities, a pétanque court, trampolines, ping pong tables, bike paths, an ecological pool, and more. Additionally, the boulevard will be enhanced with decorative lighting, street furniture, benches, and trees.

The tower is located only 200 meters from the Ha’atzmaut Red Line light rail station, ensuring maximum accessibility and proximity to the Tel Aviv metropolitan area.

Aura Pivko is within arms reach of coffee shops, parks, entertainment centers, leisure spots, and employment opportunities.
